Covid-19 Salon Re-Opening Terms & Conditions

Please take some time to read through these terms and conditions before visiting the salon. It is extremely important that you and I follow these procedures for the safety of ourselves and all other people and businesses within The Wellbeing Warehouse.

Firstly if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell please get in touch to cancel your appointment. You must now self isolate for 2 weeks and then after this time if you are feeling better can then rearrange your appointment. There is no cancellation fee at the moment so please do not hesitate to cancel.

What to expect on your next appointment :-

  • There is no reception area, so please wait outside or in your car until I make it clear you can come in. The front door of the Wellbeing Warehouse will be locked at all times. This enables us to comply with social distancing and allows me to sanitise and prepare the salon between clients.

  • No children are allowed within the The Wellbeing Warehouse.


  • On arrival please read through and be aware of the salon health and safety policies.

  • Before entering the salon there will be a hand sanitising station and Face masks available. Face mask are to be worn by all clients and myself at all times. I will supply face mask at a charge of £1, however you are welcome to bring your own.

  • I will be wearing full PPE to maintain the wellbeing of you and i, and to prevent any potential threat  of spread betweeen clients. Hand washing will be continuous throughout the appointment.

  • No food or drink will be supplied during your appointment, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks.

  • There will be only one client in the salon at one time - no shared appointments at the moment.

  • I will be using disposable gowns and continuing the use of disposable towels. All equipment and surfaces will be sterilised between clients thoroughly.

  • No cash payments - Card Payments or Gift Vouchers only.

  • Please be mindful in the salon and avoid touching unnecessary items. If you wish to purchase products, discuss with me before touching and then I will ask you to pick the product from the shelf.

  • On leaving the salon I will ask you to wash your hands again to prevent the spread.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the increase of PPE, extra protective supplies, longer appointment slots and time spent cleaning and preparing the salon between clients there will be an increase to my prices as of July 6th 2020.
